Bury Aikido will be closed on the evening of Wednesday 17th June 2026. Instead, we will be descending on our sister club Marple Aikido for a special session delivered by guest instructor Lia Suzuki Shihan. See you all next week!
What is Aikido?
Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba as a synthesis of his martial studies, philosophy and religious beliefs. Ueshiba's goal was to create an art where practitioners could train together, co-operatively. Bury Aikido has been hosting Aikido in North Manchester since 1992.
