Bury Aikido will be closed on the evening of Wednesday 18th March 2026. Club members are instead invited to train at our sister club, Marple Aikido, where they can also be part of a grading which will be taking place.

What is Aikido?
Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba as a synthesis of his martial studies, philosophy and religious beliefs. Ueshiba's goal was to create an art where practitioners could train together, co-operatively. Bury Aikido has been hosting Aikido in North Manchester since 1992.
